This policy lays out the rules and guidelines for communication within the forum for postings, PMs, emails and also interaction with others outside of the forum in club related matters.

By joining the club and taking part in club related activities the member is representing the club directly or indirectly. This means that the member is an ambassador of the club and any behaviour good or bad is a reflection on the club. The G4OC is linked to the G4 brand which belongs to Land Rover. The brand image is of particular interest to Land Rover and as such club activities and forum postings are visible to Land Rover and also at times monitored by Land Rover. Therefore members and the club need to recognise that this club is very different in many aspects to other Land Rover enthusiast clubs.

The purpose of the policy is to ensure that we maintain a friendly and cooperative environment for all members, where we can communicate openly, without causing friction or being insincere to each other. Indeed this is the case majority of the time, when exceptions do arise they will be dealt with swiftly.
