Hello :)

I got one question about roof lights wiring . How wires from roof lights come inside in to the cabin and/or engine bay ?

now im providing some spot lights on my freelander's roof , and I'm wondering how to connect them. I don't want to drill holes in roof :w00t: .

I looking some nice place in my car, and i think that wires could be go inside somehow from rear window? It is a good idea?

How looks the wiring on G4 Freelander with Warn lights ?

hi

my lights come through a hold in the roof and down the piller on the drivers side and then go through into the engine bay with sealed grommets to stop water ingress

the hold goes through in the gutter part on the roof

hope this is some help

Thank you for photos :) . it's realy help

So i understand that you have drilled hole by Land Rover near roof rack mount ? (in 'civilian' version roof rail mount) , or in that place are some OEM body holes to easy use ?. What do you use for sealing wire passthrough ?

hi

have a look at this link for sealing holes (good stuff!)

roof rack was mounted by LR for the challenge, the hold they drilled went through the mounting bracket for the rack  (roof rail mount on yours)

the racks are very hard to find as the company went bust.

Thanks for link , i look out for it. But first of all , i will try install lights without drilling holes in my roof;)

I try to put cables via rear door - i use a little bit more wires but, i'll be Certain that no water & rust will be present on my car:)
