I don't manage to get to any of the meets because they are always too far away.

I am now inviting you all to consider the Mushing at Aviemore on the 23rd & 24th January as a possible weekend away.

It's a great day out for the family in a stunning location, with hundreds of huskies, malamutes and a variety of other types of dog.

You will love it!!!

There's not one encompasing body who organise the event, theres a multitude of events with different clubs and breeders all take part.

I have taken friends to this event who were not sure it was for them, they are now persuading their friends and family to go.

Be warned though....... you will want a snowdog!!
