Embarrassingly, I'm having the RRS professionally polished this Sunday, otherwise I'd be up for something like that.

I'm taking the approach that if it's highly polished, it'll be easier to wash all the mud off :P

Are they polishing it underneath then, as this is where most of the mud seems to live.

The poor sod's certainly offered to 'dress up' the wheelarches. As long as it's not in a skirt or tutu I don't really mind !

No roofrack and professionally polished.....

Whatever next.....!!

You'll be getting G4 RRS drivers a reputation!

Actually, I'd wondered about having mine professionally polished.....

Let me know how you get on :D

No no no, once it's done, it'll still be used offroad ;)

It'll just be easier to wash the mud off afterwards :P

Parked up next to Chris's RRS last night and there's a noticeable difference in the paintwork colour, so the pro polish should bring it back to former glory. As if it wasn't orange enough already :D

By davezrx - 10 Feb 2010

as regards orange colour ,there is different types of orange that the G4 landrovers were sprayed with ask alan next time you see him

BLOODY HELL ALAN IVE ONLY JUST GOT IT CLEAN:w00t::w00t::w00t:

I have not (yet) taken an Enterprise loan car to a Pay and Play site but I did take one off road and returned it needing a VERY good clean both inside and out.

Returned the car and not a word was said :)

They go further than your own...... but don't tell drive assist.  I don't think they could tell once I'd spend an hour with the jet wash

The other good performers are the Freelander that your dealers lend out :w00t: 75 miles when issued then Pay and Play :D clean and return.......

By Brendan - 11 Feb 2010

yes the Freelander 2 is definately better  on site than S-Max i had last week:w00t::P:P
