Well, it seems to spend most its time off road and in for repair.

Went our for a little play and got a free ride home due to the front drive shaft letting go. At this rate I will get a complete new drive train by the end of the year :D

its a D3 thing :w00t: they love AA  trucks:P:P

It's those big thirsty D3's - cheaper to cadge a lift back with the AA

Should have bought a frugal reliable Freelander :P

Hope not, I'm trying to persuade some friends to buy one at the moment and he'll not part with that kind of money for a lemon !!

Hi all,

After taking the micky out of Brendan, mine decieded to want a trip on a break down truck too............ Did phone Brendan the other day whilst accompanying the best looking LHD V8 D3 in the club back to James French! Turns out i needed a new front left air bag for the suspension and a new altenator! :D

Ouch!

yeah, we've had 3 trips on an AA truck, one back from Driffield last year:w00t:. Last one though, I ended up with a RRS (not G4) as a courtesy car, give me the D3 any day. Our clients reckoned we were ripping them off and it wasn't half as much fun.

I was given a RRS by Enterprise whilst my car was in for repair and like you, give me the D3 any day. I cannot understand why people would pay a premium for the sport.
