If anyone out there owns the Defender BV55 ZBZ and needs any more details or pictures, then I had the pleasure of driving this around Thailand and Laos for 7 weeks as part for the set up crew for the 2006 G4 Challenge.Cheers Martin

I have just seen BV55 ZBZ near Catterick. She was looking very smart, in really good condition, and still fully kitted. On the passenger and drivers door are the logos of the 180 degree pole to pole challenge that took place in 2007. http://www.g4ownersclub.com/forum/Topic7560.aspx?PostID=7560

BV55ZBZ is now owned by Mark & Loiuse Dale I believe.

Hi,
Yes that was us ferrying number one son around as usual. This time it was collecting him from cadet camp near Catterick.
Mark had just replaced a number of hoses on his beloved so was giving her a spin to check things were ok before we are off to Belgium in her next weekend. Not quite pole to pole but she still has mini adventures!

Hi, you seemed to be in convoy with a few others at the time, I was at wathgill camp finishing off after some training, had full intentions to come and say hello and or sneak a quick picture, but when I was free you had already set off. She looked absolutely cracking though. Have fun in Belgium. Rich

Shame could of had a threesome as just live up the road from catterick, as I work at Reeth go past wathgill regularly
