This was on display at Eastnor recently when I attended with mine. The difference as far as I could tell was the Red Cross / Red Crescent decals.  Had consent to take pictures of my vehicle parked next to it - Thanks go to Instructor 'John'.,

As my request was asking, I went on the half-day course and took mine along not expecting to see another D3 08 G4 there. Imagine my dismay when I spotted another, and in prime position too.

Never mind, I parked alongside and we did a photoshoot.

As camel landy says above, it is a 'Heritage' vehicle.
