Hi all new to the forum ive just got myself a G4 Land Rover Discovery 2 and wanted to know more about it ie if it was a vehicle used in the challenge or a press vehicle or just one of the limited editions that Land Rover Released the guy who sold it to me didn't know much about it and its got any info or how to get it would be great the reg is RK53 PNJ Thanks all

As Emon says more info is available to members of the club though not all vehicles necessarily have a great deal of history or images.

I would say given the 53 reg it is a G4 LE rather than an event vehicle but there are some anomalies.

Could you pm me the VIN and I can check against our info.

I have just seen this one for sale again, was it a genuine G4 as 'some anomalies' were mentioned previously.??

It is a genuine G4, but it is an LE rather than a G4 Challenge event vehicle.

LE being the Limited Edition model built as a special model by LR for the 03 / 04 registrations. The Discovery came in yellow, orange, black and silver.

The club welcomes members with these vehicles as well as the challenge ones.
