Hi do you have any info on this Range Rover Sport TDV8 I changed my G4 Disco yesterday for it. I see it is the car on Vehicle spec on site. Any info would be much appreciated.
Does any one know where to get a Winch fitting kit?

Is that the one that's been for sale at a dealer in Brentwood for about 10months? If so I believe it was used in the Belgium selections but I could be wrong! It was never fitted with a winch and I think fitting one to aRRS is a little difficult as it requires parts from other vehicles' winch fitting kits.
Easiest thing would be to speak to Arbil 4x4 and see if Warn make a kit; if not see if you can get photos from other RRS owners. I believe you may have problems due to the fitting of the TDV8 against the V8 in 2006 vehicles! I must admit it looks a great vehicle ( and very quick!)

Yeah, that one has been on sale for quite a while now! Fitting a winch to a TDV8 is a PITA but not impossible... IIRC you have issues with radiators & ACC radar units! M

I have noticed that some D3 G4 's have a pair of Spotlights fitted to the front grill. Was this standard fitting, or was it some sort of extras ;)

2006 Event vehicles had them fitted... 2009 ones didn't.

Most of the 2009 fleet would NOT have been in any photos as the event was cancelled before they even left the factory.

IIRC - It is similar but NOT the same...
Be prepared for a bit of fiddling!!!
As I said before, I think the main problems you'll have is with the locations of the oil coolers. However... It might be worth having a quick snoop on www.aulro.com as there are likely to be guys out in Oz running winches on TDV8s or on www.RRSport.co.uk.
