Hi Guys,
I have recently bought a G4 D3 and it has a cracked roof light, Hella part number 1F3 009 094-142.
The dealer had agreed to change the light as part of the deal, but is now dragging his feet about it by saying they cannot find a replacement, even though I have given them the Hella part code.
I think it may have something to do with the cost of over £350.00!!
Does anyone have a source to supply in the UK that I can point the dealer, or even a spare that I can buy and fit myself?
Your help would be appreciated
Andi

I am pretty sure that model lamp has been discontinued by Hella, the current model has a self contatined Ballast and looks different to your lamps.

Still available from Hella UK, in stock. Spoke to one of their sales guys today called Matthew. as expected not at all cheap at £389.95 retail which is why I think the firm I bough the car off are reluctant to replace it with a genuine lamp.
They are now telling me the glass can be replaced and i thought the Hella unit is a bonded reflector and glass?
Anyone know which one is right?

Just as a follow up in case anyone else needs these.
The part code from Hella for the genuine replacement glass and reflector is 1F3 161 825-071 and they are about £54.00!!
Speak to a guy at Hella UK called Matthew, on 01295 225600
