Hi Guys
Can anyone tell me if the end cap comes off from the end of the motor on the warn 9.5xp winch as mine has had all the powder coating come off over the years and it looks abit naff so thinking of trying to taffy it up abit ? :Whistling:

It should do, as the cap is held on by 2 long bolts that pass through it and the motor then into the winch side casing holding the 3 parts together. You will need to take the winch out of the tray or lift the motor end high enough to get the bolts out which also means removing the 4 bolts that hold the winch from underneath. The cap is an improved heat sink for the motor.

It shows motor as 1unit as that is how you have to buy it.
