Phil Worrall has made a G4 Facebook page. It's a closed group though just for us.

the page was set up just to swap stories and photos by anyone who is interested in g4 its not linked to the club

Can it be linked so all can see and just see what a great club we have and what our vehicles got up to and maybe the merchandising could be linked to it

trouble with FARCEBOOK is there is too many idiots on it ,

i personally dont want them to suddeleny gain access to G4OC web page , unless you have an interest or own a G4

as merchandising officer i certianly dont want to be on farcebook [ and would be very annoyed that i am without my permission ] with supposed orders coming in left ,right, and center as comittee we do a hell of a lot of work behind the scenes and also hold down a full time job

i certianly havent got time to go running to emons to get kit out of trailer for one order here and thier

HOWEVER do realize that not everybody can get to shows to get kit ,its something that we are working on .as all club kit is kept in trailer ,so we know where it is ,as in passed its been spread all over the place and committee havent had an idea whos got what , there maybe a time when i keep limited kit at my house ,for collection or postage [ but then again theres higher costs] ..and also my time waiting for kit to be collected

still you never know

Personally I don't see a problem with having an open FB page to promote the club and the vehicles and just keep the merchandising off it and on here if there are concerns about being able to fulfil orders. Or do the merchandising properly with a stock controlled eBay shop if you did want to sell to the great unwashed.
