So as you can see from the lack of response, these are rare now. The holders are easily fabricated though, take some measurements from another vehicle with some pictures and get a local welder or metal fabricator to knock them up. The plaques on the other hand are a different matter. I remember that we sought to replicate them, but it was very expensive, especially in low numbers.
