We have put together a club stand and will in due course be setting up events for club members.

To do this we need to gather equipment; as we have a small club any donations would be gratefully recieved.

Thank you for your instant response . I will do a post later this evening with some ideas. Those of you who have attended shows can see our equipment is very basic and there is room for a big improvement.

I would like to read it too, so that gives me something to look forward to.

To follow on from Alan Edwards's posting;

In order for the G4 club to present itself in practical and professional manner it needs the following items .

A Marquee - At  this moment in time we borrow one. Minimum size 6mtrs x 3mtrs or exhibition trailer,  This item has kindly been donated by g4mac and aedwar57

A Gazebo, to place at the door way of marquee. This item has kindly been donated by lew

Tables for Marquee  and folding chairs.

Flags, banners with G4 Owners Club - sail flags etc these could also have sponsors name on them. (of these I have details)

Some method of displaying the event photographs which come in three formats, CD's, photograph albums and loose A4  photographs.This item has been kindly manufactured by g4mac

These are the basic essentials.

The requirements for the above must be that four people will be able to handle and erect all  equipment and be transportable in a  6' x 5'  trailer.

Any further constructive suggestions more than welcome.

Should anybody wish to sponser or make a donation please pm myself.

I will donate a Gazebo for the stand. My local camping shop will have some more delivered later this week. I'm hoping to pick it up on the way to Peterborough. If not I will have it for the next event. If they havn't be delivered I will bring a Big Kayham Megatop. Photo below. Please let me know if it's too big for stand. I won't bring it then

Thank you for going to the trouble of taking photographs of Daddy and Baby tent.

If the weather is bad I would think that your tent will be very useful, other than that not sure?? If the large one that we used yesterday is put up and the one that Chris put into your car, I would think that there may be enough.  Have you enough room to bring it, just in case???????  Better to have too many than not enough.

Yes Iv'e got plenty of room. I will bring it just in case it's needed and the weather gets bad.
