G4 Owners Club

Associate Membership?

Is there an Associate Membership for those of us that can not reap the benefits a "full membership"? I do not have a snorkel on my disco, hence it is near impossible to cross the great pond to take full advantage of the opportunities the Club offers. £30 (or

60.6667 USD) sounds like a lot for just visiting a web site.

That's a very good question and one I shall discuss with the Committee :)

Did you get a chance to discuss this?

On the Over Seas branch, I have been getting e-mails from Alan Edwards on info about G4s and contacting some of them. Same project???

Problem is, we are so spread out and only see one or two of the G4s at any major event. Example is At Montrose only Ho Chung and I were there with G4's

Last year at our Club event,( SCARR) There was me and one from Houston Texas.

Send me one by e-mail at Jim@greenrovers.com I can look it over and start getting the word out.

If it gets bounced back, wait a few days and resend, I am traveling now and having e-mail problems Both sending and receiving.

Do you have a list of address for the other G4 owners?

Do/would you like it an invite posted on any of the other forums I belong to?

I will do what I can, I am very active in Texas Rovers, and our annual event (SCARR) which is heavy into the planning stages. I am also web editor for the Texas Rovers web site as well as Greenrovers.

Hopefully we can make it to one of the large outings in the future. There are no clubs here in South Florida although there are a couple up in north Florida. Let me know if I can help with anything!

Viper where are you in Florida? The Florida Land Rover Club meet all over Florida but mostly stay central (Ocala etc). There is also a great family run event every spring run by Rico Palomino. He uses Ocala and Wallaby Ranch in Orlando. Its a great event. I take my Camel 110, there's a Trek Disco (03) so your G4 would be in good company. There are also G4 ltd editions that turn up. Many many of the vehicles come from Miami and Sarasota areas.

Personally I'm in Tampa.

Check out Rico's site  http://www.floridaroverownersgroup.org
