Hello, I am wondering what you knowledagable folks might value a 2004 G4 with 155k miles at? Only blemishes seem to be a crack in the front plastic bumper (pretty minor) and very worn leather on the emergency brake (I know that is common for DII's). For what it is worth it also has new tires and has been inspected by a delaership (although I am unfamiliar with the deal and therefore can't vouch for the quailty of their inspection). I don't have a lot of other details, just looking for a ballpark price to see if it is a fair deal or not. Thanks!

Yes I am looking at 2 DII G4s actually. One with 78k miles and another with 155k. I am also noticing that not all DII G4s seem to have the same options. Some seem to have the cloth setas and others the black leather. I've also seen them with an without the cold weather package. Is their any rhyme or reason for the differences? I have owned a DII before, so I do know the basics of DIIs. Thanks!

Hi, I take it that this is an orange, diesel D2 with a 53 or 04 reg for it to be a 2004. If the car is a G4 in yellow, black or silver these are also Edition colours. Editions were only 03, 53 or 04. Though there are a few LHD imports. If so, and it has a few other features such as a special Mogul cloth (smooth on bolsters, rough in centre), A bar and type 3 alloys (there are a few more bits) then it will most likely be a G4 Edition or a painted standard D2. All were same spec plus few accessory options.
The G4 Challenge event D2's were 4.0 or 4.6 v8 petrol with full black leather. All these were 02 or 52 reg. Some cars had no cold weather pack, others did, depending upon where they were to be used.
More info would help identify the vehicle better such as Reg No, or VIN, or photos. You can send to technical@g4ownersclub.com. Thanks.
