I'm in the process of changing my roof rack floor for a new one (finally!). If all goes well the old one will be available and whilst complete it is de-laminating at the edges but could be used as a template or as temporary one. Don't know what it's worth but you would have to pick it up from Cardiff!!

Um.... it's not Pip but Stuart! If you need a proper floor, Asrian did have some made from correct material and this is the one I used. Please PM me.

And as Ant is such a nice bloke, I'm sure he's your best bet for plans! I think I'll hold onto my old floor even as it is a bit crispy around the edges should I ever need a template.

Actually the floors I had made were drawn from the one I removed from my D2.
I have 1 set left @ £120.
