We have received a request to support a couple of Lego AND Landrover Enthusiasts. I know we have some Lego enthusiasts in our club so please support Terry and Ben Fisher if you so choose.
Hi, my name is Terry and together with my 11 year old son Ben we have designed and built a LEGO version of the Land Rover Series III and Defender which we have submitted to LEGO Ideas. We now need 10,000 supporters for LEGO to consider this as a product.
It has lots of features, opening doors, bonnet, adjustable seats, removable top, highly detailed engine and interior and is built to the same scale as current LEGO Creator models. Please check it out. We would love it if you and your members would help support us on LEGO Ideas https://ideas.lego.com/projects/116805 (lots more photos on here of the Series III and the Defender is on the update page) and get LEGO to consider this as a product in their stores so everyone can have the chance to own one.
We are currently over half way (5,500) supporters. If you have any questions or need more information please let me know, we do intend to be at the Billing Land Rover Fest at the end of July if anyone wants to meet us or see our LEGO models.
