Yes they were on the 06 event, we have them on our 110.

I think you will find that there should be piranha sticker on all 2003 and all 2006 event vehicles, they are almost impossible to get, and so get robbed of of vehicles. There are 2 types, I think from memory the 2003 fish have green eyes and the 2006 have white eyes with a green centre. (if we could get one of each, I am sure we could get them scanned and have some made)

the problem is getting hold of one, scanning direct from the website isnt much use ( see my sig strip)

photographing through the glass hasnt proved succesful (maybe kim or chris could comment here)

and all atempts to various reps or other insiders draws zilch, however once we do have aone then copying is no big deal.

Our stickers are on the glass rather than behind it, i could try photographing the sticker but how you would fix it to the Glass would be another thing. Unless of course you did fix it inside. i will give it a try if anyone wants me to.

The sticker that you have scanned, looks to be 2003 sticker. I still have one sticker on one of my DIIs, and that is on the out side of the glass and is a mirror image of the scan that you have adrian (the mouth is open to the right) I wonder how many types there were?

Who does?

The 2003 stickers had grey iris with white surrounds rather than the grey in my copy.

The 2006 stickers had a green iris with white surround.

The pyranha stickers were not fitted on recce vehicles.

I do not know how big they were.

Is that Moose your talking about by any chance Martin?

I have just checked some of the 2003 and 2006 event pictures and confirm the two different coloured eyes and that the open mouth points forward in all cases, sounds a bit stupid I know (left hand and right hand)

Your 110 has them on because it was on the event in 06. The vehicles that did the event recces for Bolivia, Laos, Thailand etc in 2005 did not.

If stickers are being made I will have a set for 2006 please:D

Yes, we have tried to persuade Pyranha to part with these to no avail but our Merchandiser is in the throws of getting these produced.

This item is indeed for sourcing on our merchandise catalogue, as we do not have any stock. There is significant interest from members it seems, so we will look into this as a priority and the best way to progress.

I will ask Gert to give us an update when he returns from his holiday and after we have discussed it further. Please continue posting with any bright ideas how we can get the best template without peeling off existing stickers (with the danger of ruining them).
