What are the fastners that secure the plaques?

What holds the plaques on ?
They look like pop rivets, but have 3 legs coming from centre. Looked high and low but no one can tell me

They are pop rivets but I couldn't find any so used stainless allen key bolts & nuts. Close enough for me.

Mine are held on with stainless torx ​screws & nyloc nuts.
