am advertising one of My G4 Collection for sale, I have two of these TDV6 Challenge Vehicles, and I have seen another G4 Event Vehicle that has caught my eye, so unfortunately something has to go to make way!
Anyhow on to the old girl,
2008 D3 1 of 68, in good condition, there is a few marks inside and out but it is on 140k miles
Runs and drives perfect and had a brand new hand brake module last year, EGR blanked as they were faulty, suspension works perfect, as does the winch, roof lights and sunroof etc
This car VTX was driven to India by its previous owner, which is all documented on his Instagram page for charity, subsequently when they finished the tour she had a new engine, however I only have proof of the Instagram where she was.
Still in use, and drives lovely for its age. Has an MOT till next month but I will put one on for the buyer.
Putting it up at a bargain price of £15,000 in the hope someone who will cherish it will take her on.

Still the case at the minute, it never bothered me, and too be honest I never looked into it properly.
I can have a look into it and see if I can get it fixed.

Do you still have the D3?
I've been after one since the 2008 event was cancelled - I entered and got down to the last 60 people before the event was pulled, 18yrs later - still want a G4 - wife doesn't get it though.
I pass by Pickering a lot - going through tomorrow - if you still have it I'd love to come see you.

Yes still got the D3 for sale, that is unfortunate, I would have loved to have been on those trials/events, I’d have given a kidney!!
Luckily my girlfriend doesn’t mind, not that she’s get a choice!

I'm going to Whitby about 8am - from Leeds - and coming back about 3pm
I have an event we're planning - a 2 day 'trophy'
It's a roadbook navigation loop with a 'off road skills test' at the end of day 1
Drivers have to follow a pre set route following a road book (same standard as the Dakar), i'll show you a snippet tomorrow.
I'd like to launch the event in April, just speaking to a few Land Rover Dealers
