I just like to give a quick update on the Membership side of the club.

I have recently taken the responsibility for the Membership Officer role, in addition to my role as Secretary.

Paul Burt has done a great job to date, but given increased work load at his day job, going forward he will focus solely on Treasury matters.

Also, I would like to thanks Liz (A.C.T.), who will help run the Membership and will be contacting a number of you with reminders for membership renewals, which have been reduced to £20.

Liz is a great contributor to the club and she will continue to help the stand team along side her role in the Membership. She is present at all shows and  if you come to Peterborough please come and  have a word with her.

Forum members that are interested on the array of benefits that are exclusive to club members, please contact Liz and take the opportunity of the reduced joining fees at £25.

As some of you have already noticed, Liz and I are contacting you with regards to membership renewal.

We are sending a "reminder" note and might contact some by phone, mostly those that are not "frequent users" of the forum, to check if everything is ok.

Remember that renewal fees have been reduced to £20, while benefits continue to increase (travel club, magazine, parts, etc) so please continue to support the club!

We are also dealing with a good number of new members at the moment, which should gain forum access and receive their membership cards by the end of the week!

Did mine by return of Liz's chasing PM :) via Paypal,, Don't think i have seen a new membership card either ;)

I have not received my card yet either since renewal a good while back. It hasn't been overlooked, just amount of work to get through.

So if anyone has renewed their membership for the 2nd year running :), you will get a card through in due course. Priority is being given to new members at the moment. Liz/Augusto, if you could please do mine last for 2007 renewals, then I will know that all members renewing are up to date.
