For the rear work lamp I am interested in determining what type of bracket was used to mount the lamp, how the wires were run to the power source and where the wires were connected to the power source. For the Warn driving lamps, I would like to know where the lamps are powered from. I believe they may receive power from a circuit box that has been added to the battery / jack box.
If anyone has access to these types of photos, I'd appreciate it you could share them with me. These items were removed from my vehicle to make them compliant with US regulations. Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Dan
the wiring for the rear work lamp ran through the underside of the roof rack, down the inside of the mantec snorkel through the inner wing and along the the top of the firewall to the off side wing, forward to the fuses on the outside of the battery box, wired to the switch through the bulkhead.
front winch lamps were just through the lower valance and up in to the engine bay to fuses
will post photos asap

Thanks for the follow up. I know the switches you are referring to. They are the standard switches that WARN supplies with the lamps out of the box. On your Disco, does all of the wiring for the WARN lamps end up in a "special" control box that is mounted inside of the battery / jack bottle box with a 70 Amp fuse? Also, can you let me know if the wiring for the winch mounted lamps (should be six wires in total) runs directly from this control box inside of the battery box? Yours and anybody's help is greatly appreciated.
Kind Regards,
I've have the control box with the 70 Amp fuse. There is one white cable from this control box to the two controls on the dash. The cable is splitted half way.
BTW: I am searching for a warn control unit, because one is missing. Anybody?
Regards, Joost
Thanks for the information. That is exactly what I was hoping. I will keep my eye open for an additional controller here in the US.
I have a spare controller. It is the dual switch type with power and mode buttons.

I'll PM you.
