Group: Forum Member Posts: 8, Visits: 32	I bought my discovery about 5 years ago. I was buying some parts and the dealer asked my trim package. After a few questions he ran the VIN number and told me that my Discovery was a G4 edition. I had another dealer run the VIN to verify and the second dealer agreed. Mine is Borrego Yellow. Does anyone know how many of these were made?

Group: G4 Member Posts: 1.9K, Visits: 7.7K	L E editions completey different to the challenge trucks , has challenge trucks were fully kitted and L.E had no kit on them at all , and were never used in the challenge however you could buy the kit for them to make them look the same has the challenge trucks DISCOVERY 2 G4 LE DAVE G4 committee merchandising officer 2010 -2016

Group: G4 Member Posts: 1, Visits: 13	HI, I too have a yellow G4, from new, and was told the LR build 400 or the series. Be that as it may, whilst they may be black swans to the G4 gang, they are at heart a G4. Mine has just had a £5000 drive train refit, with more work on going. The roof has peeled, prior to the paint work warranty running out, and LR told me to go jump. Its a major job and will be done later this year. The seats, like the vehicle, have been kept as original as possible, but the awful Mogul fabric, on the seat swabs, has been replaced with matching leather. Much better. Really nice to the touch and to sit upon. Of our LR fleet, it is my favourite vehicle.
