I'm now able to sit up and type to let you know what's been happening with me. :w00t:
After the return of a great weekend with everyone at Peterborough, I became ill, lost my appetite and had a fever, I suspected food poisoning.
I made may way to the Doctors on the Thursday who took one look at me and sent me straight to Hospital with the words appendicitis ringing in my ears, I really thought they had lost the plot, evidently they hadn't, they operated on me the following morning, using keyhole surgery (in 3 places).
I'm now at home recouperating, I'm unable to bend or pick things up yet, but I'm now able to eat again as I hadn't eaten anything for a week. I'm just taking each day as it comes and looking forward to meeting up again at London to Brighton. I won't be able to join in the Tug-a-Landy competition which is a shame as I really do enjoy that event, but I'm sure I will enjoy yelling at you all to do better. :D
I would like to say thank you to everyone who has PM'd Chris asking after me. :D
See you all again soon.

I never realised the similarities that food poisoning has to appendicitis..... oh well, you learn something every day and at least I'll never suffer with appendicitis any more. ;)
