Just looked at the LRO website about this year LRO Show. Found out that it cost in advance ticket for adult: £13 child £6 and family £32.
Gates open at 9 am.
Is the club organizing to attend?
Would it have allocated tickets?
Couldn't find anything about camping - last year it costed £75 for the weekend-, do you know how much does it cost this year?
Because we are a club, would it be cheeper us to go and camp together?
Would it be a plan for the day, who would do what and what time, how long or would we do club challenges?
Are we going to organize something with the Camels? Are we going to mix the two stands together? Or it was just all about days out?
Would it be possible, the club print out some information about the club and challenge so we could give it to people?
....
For our last show, we helped and offered an extra hand. I have noticed a few things, which I think it's worth to thinking about to change it. Might it has been changed already, but I thought I mention it to you again.
On the stand:
- It wasn't clear what the customer could take (wasn't any sign, that please take it with you, it's free)
- Selling products: Should have a sign up for these products for up for sale and stated how much money goes to charity. Some people would buy it to help that charity.
- Grab a Charity backet and ask if they could donate and we could help Alan to raise his founds to reach the £1000.
- Talk to people, try to interact them. Would be nice if someone would stand up and twice a day would set a time for the public (which would be visible for everyone to see) and tell them about the cars, about G4, and any other information may think of. Set a length of time for it upfront. After they could ask their questions.
These are just a few thoughts, but I think it would make a difference.
What do you think about it?
Do you think these changes could help?
Could you please answer the top questions as well, please.
Thank you.
Have a nice day. Petra & Chris
