Hi,
I'm sure I'm not the only one to have noticed the spam postings about plumbers, locksmiths and search engine optimization, and I see from the new members list we now have roofer joining the club, (apologies if you are a genuine G4 follower, it just seems a bit unlikely).
If they are all genuine forum members, are they permitted to advertise? I'm pretty sure its just computer generated spam.
Its such a long time since I joined and can't remember, do we have systems in place to prevent random spam forum memberships, those annoying wavey words and figures you have to try and work out.
Its not really a big deal, but annoying how it breaks up forum topics, and are there risks of data and details being accessed and used for who knows what.
