Authentication of a G4 by its VIN

Group: Administrators Posts: 813, Visits: 17K	Hi Ciaran Any D2's that are orange would have been V8's used on the challenge in any of the 4 stages. So it sounds to me that this could be an LE that was produced as a special vehicle to celebrate the challenge. Also just to note that event vehicles are a 2002 build as well. What start position number it had? Did it go anywhere worldwide in the contest? Who was the contest driver? The number is SALLAAA138A471719. It is a right hand drive with automatic gearbox, 2008 TD 2.7L Was driven by previous owner (unknown name) all the way from UK down to South Africa. Your help is greatly appreciated here! Mine seems to be a G4 Edition and shows GS on the log book. Would this be correct Cheers Perry
