The type you are looking for are LSR (Rivet with load spreading characteristics for use in soft, friable or brittle materials); I have found some here;Rivetwise LSR Rivets Might take a bit of searching to get a small quantity thou. The ones on the 03 plaque have a diameter of 12mm on the outer side.
