From that company, which are the ones to go for, as the page you've highlighted has three different types? The type you are looking for are LSR (Rivet with load spreading characteristics for use in soft, friable or brittle materials); I have found some here;Rivetwise LSR Rivets Might take a bit of searching to get a small quantity thou. The ones on the 03 plaque have a diameter of 12mm on the outer side.
