A number of vehicles were prepared in various colours (black, silver, yellow and orange I think) for sale at dealerships to promote the G4 challenge. Some of the Range Rovers and Sports were repainted by dealers in other colours after they had finished the event and sold on through the dealer network. At the time they had a higher resale value in silver or black than the orange.
