winch problem

Group: Committee Members Posts: 132, Visits: 1.3K	Hi All, went to use my winch today(pulling a beemer out of the snow) , the winch worked fine on the way out with the remote, but wont wind back in at all. any idea where someone can look at it - it is a warn winch and I am based in staffordshire. cheers for any help received.
