I still can't see why my batteries are getting killed?
Is there anybody else having issues with after market batteries fitted to late vehicles?? I looked into getting a split charge system on my disco but was advised against getting the red top(starter i believe) as there not upto what the D3 requires and that they fry!

I have heard of the same problems with the D3 and the D110 Pumas frying batteries but have not had this issue as yet.
You may find that the poor installation had a large effect on the problem which you have hopefully cured now
