Hi, new owner looking for some answers about wiring

Group: Forum Member Posts: 2, Visits: 9	Hello Ladies & Gents, I acquired a 2003 G4 defender recently without knowing what it was. The previous owner had replaced the TD5 with a nissan 3.5 litre turbo - I know some will consider this a travesty but here in Kenya many consider it a plus as the electrics is ludicrously basic and european diesel engines apparently don't do so well out here. I've been gradually fixing a few things on it, but one thing I haven't yet figured out is the wiring to the front lamps and the switch to turn them on doesn't look original. I've traced the wiring to a connector under the bonnet that looks like it needs a relay, but fitting a new one doesn't make them work either - any suggestions would be welcome. Also the fuses under the radio do not bear any resemblance to the diagram on the inside cover - does anyone have a fuse diagram I could print out please? Not sure about the switch/relay but the fuse box is easy - All...

And I think they were wired up to only work, with full beam on....
