Seems that I have snapped the rear off side shock on my Defender. Not the end of the world I know but before I just go and get the LR OEM shock I'm thinking maybe I upgrade it slightly. Not to raise it/lower it or to change the look but to have a stronger/better set up.
I have asked else where but value everyones opinion, so what are your thought?
I'll look to change the rear shocks and springs both sides and in the new year, once the Christmas £££ is complete I'll do the fronts as a preventative measure. I'll also be looking at dislocation cones after the spring popping out on the axle twister last weekend Depending on cost it may all get done as a oner, but I have a service coming up soon.
There's a Terrafirma place near me (Frogisland) but google suggests mixed reviews on quality for Terrafirma but great reviews for Old Man Emu.
***Edited to add
The 110 is mainly used on road, but does do 5-10 off road/green laning days per year, and we intend to get a caravan this coming year.
Thanks in advance.
